4. Pricing & Payments

• Payments must be made as per the mutually agreed schedule.

• Delayed payments may lead to project suspension or delay.

• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, layouts, plans, images, and written content created by Nibhyam Interiors remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are not permitted to copy, reuse, or reproduce any design materials without prior written consent.

6. Project Timelines

We strive to deliver every project within the agreed timeframe. However, timelines may be adjusted due to unforeseen site conditions, material availability, or client-requested changes.
Nibhyam Interiors will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care in our work, Nibhyam Interiors will not be held responsible for:

• Minor variations in materials, colors, or finishes.

• Damages caused by third-party contractors or post-installation mishandling.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from project execution.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

In case of project cancellation by the client:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be subject to deductions for work already completed or materials purchased.

• Any advance payment is non-refundable once design or procurement work has commenced.

9. Third-Party Services

Nibhyam Interiors may collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, or contractors. We ensure they meet our quality standards, but we are not liable for issues beyond our control relating to third-party performance or delays.

10. Website Usage

When using our website, you agree not to:
