Payment Milestones
To confirm your project with us, a booking payment of 10% of the total project value—or Rs. 25,000, whichever is higher—is required. This ensures our team’s resources are fully dedicated to bringing your design vision to life.
An additional 40% payment is required during the design phase to move forward with material selection, customizations, and procurement. This milestone marks a significant step toward bringing your project to life.
A cumulative payment of 50% confirms your order and allows us to begin manufacturing and procuring all customized elements in your design plan.
Once all materials are ready for dispatch, the remaining balance (100% of the project value) is due. This ensures a seamless installation and the successful completion of your dream space.

An order, on the other hand, represents the individual elements or tasks within that project, such as civil work, furniture, or lighting installations. Each order is billed separately, but together they contribute to the overall project.

If you’re renovating your living room, the entire renovation is your project. Within this project, you may have multiple orders—one for the sofa, another for wall paint, a third for custom cabinetry, and so on. Each is handled individually, but collectively they complete the project.
A single project can include many orders. When you hire an interior design team, they manage all orders within the project to ensure a smooth, seamless process from start to finish.

Home interiors and renovations are a significant investment. Breaking payments into multiple stages makes the process more manageable, flexible, and transparent.
Each payment corresponds to a specific project milestone, so you pay only for work that has been completed. This approach ensures fairness for both the client and the design team, aligning payments with the progress of the project.
Example: After the initial booking payment, the next stage might be when half of the project is completed and core structural work is finished. This phased payment system keeps the project on track, ensures quality at each stage, and allows you to manage your investment efficiently.
We understand that plans can change. While we strive to accommodate our clients’ needs, a cancellation policy applies due to the time and resources invested in your project. Once a project is booked and underway, standard cancellations and refunds are generally not offered.
That said, we review each case individually in extraordinary circumstances. If you anticipate changes to your project timeline, it’s best to discuss them with us as early as possible so we can explore possible solutions together.
